Which license is included?

• Monthly — Social Media License
• Annual — Commercial License
• One-time credit pack — Commercial License for songs made with that pack’s paid credits

Social Media License: what can I do?

Use eligible songs in videos and posts on your own YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other social channels. Platform advertising revenue and sponsored posts on your own channels are included.

This license does not cover paid advertising placements, music made for clients, products or games, standalone music distribution such as Spotify releases, resale or sublicensing. Those uses need the Commercial License, where applicable.

Example: a monetized YouTube video or a sponsored post on your own channel is covered by Social. Producing a customer’s advertisement requires Commercial.

Commercial License: what does it add?

Use eligible songs in your social content, paid advertisements, client projects, podcasts, products, games and music distribution, without additional royalties to LyricsGenerator. This does not permit reselling or sublicensing our service or rights you do not hold.

Which songs qualify, and what if my credits run out?

A qualifying subscription covers songs already in your account and songs created during the paid period, under that subscription’s license. A new credit pack covers only songs funded by its paid credits, not unrelated free songs.

Running out of pack credits does not remove permission or download access from songs already made with those credits. Later free songs do not gain those benefits merely because you bought a pack before.

What happens after cancellation or a refund?

Canceling renewal does not revoke permission already granted to covered songs. Songs created after paid coverage ends do not automatically qualify. A full refund may revoke benefits from that payment; other qualifying payments remain effective. Historical purchases retain the rights originally granted, even where they differ from these new offers.

What about covers, remixes and separated tracks?

You must have the necessary rights to the recording, composition, lyrics and other material you submit. Payment does not license someone else’s song, and successful processing does not mean we have verified those rights. Our use permission does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or third-party clearance.

How do I check a song?

The song’s download panel shows its license scope. Download access and use permission are separate; a download alone does not grant every commercial use. See Pricing and our Terms of Service.
